1. Not Received Items

  • The parcels are missing during the delivery 100% refund.
  • The parcels are seized by customs Please check our customs terms and solution.
  • Others Please contact your assistant.

2. Incorrect Items (not as described)

  • The received items are the same as the invoice described, but customers order them wrongly Return or Refund are not acceptable
  • The received items are different from the invoice described, like color, model, packing box, etc.
  • – Buyers can accept the wrong items and the right items will be sent in next order. 30% discount of the wrong items.
  • – Buyers can accept the wrong items, but need the right items urgently. 10% discount of the wrong items, and the right ones will be delivered within 3 working days.
  • – Buyers can not accept the wrong items and need the right items urgently. 5% discount of the right items. The right items will be delivered within 3 working days on the arrival of the wrong items

* The shipping methods are decided by westingames, and its delivery time is normally within 15 days.

* All shipping costs are paid by westingames.

* All the items are double checked by different staffs before packed.


3. Defective Items

Please check our warranty for details. Any artificial damage is not under warranty.


How to Apply Return & Refund?

  • Please prepare the proofs of the items with problems, like photos or video. And fill in After-sale Feedback form. Click here to download. Send them to your assistant.
  • WT assistants will deal with the issues within one working day and offer the best solution within 3 working days.
  • Refund will be added in the Credit Balance of your WT account within 3 working days.
